Looking after the safety, health and wellbeing of our people is central to how we do business.
We recognise that care, trust and inclusion are the foundations for building a strong team based culture.
In the last few years, our approach to safety, health and wellbeing (SH&W) has evolved. Quite simply, we are taking a more targeted approach for identifying, assessing and solving physical and mental risks.
To do this, we are involving our people in both the conversation and solution. Talking and listening to our team helps us gain a deeper understanding about how work is really done and opens the door to having honest conversations about what we can do to make work better, easier and safer for everyone.
Through this evolution we are uncovering risks, solving problems, and innovating how we work.
