About the role:

In this newly created position, you will lead a variety of Talent Acquisition projects aimed at driving efficiencies, increasing talent attraction and brand awareness.  You will play a key role in shaping how we attract and retain talent.  This includes strengthening our employer branding, embedding our Employee Value Proposition both internally and externally and improving our strategic sourcing initiatives throughout the function.  You will manage one direct report and also contribute to the growth and development of the Talent Acquisition team by providing support in upskilling and training.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Developing and embedding recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Leading employer branding initiatives to increase brand awareness           
  • Driving and embedding Talent Acquisition focused projects including - DE&I, Contractor hiring and strategic sourcing
  • Collaborating closely with People & Culture and Marketing stakeholders to activate our employee value proposition (EVP) and ensure alignment with our brand messaging
  • Utilising data and metrics to help drive projects and make informed hiring decisions
  • Educating and coaching the talent acquisition team on the latest talent acquisitions trends and assisting with implementing fit for purpose sourcing strategies.

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition leadership role with a focus on recruitment marketing and project delivery
  • Previous experience and an understanding of strategic sourcing and developing effective talent pools
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing employer branding strategies
  • The ability to craft compelling and enticing content (written and visual)
  • Prior experience in delivering and implementing an EVP and embedding DE&I initiatives
  • Strong relationship building skills with a focus on collaboration and communication
