ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting time for CA, we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic People & Culture (P&C) Specialist to join our P&C team. As a P&C Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our culture, attracting top talent, and creating a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for delivering a range of generalist P&C functions including, but not limited to; recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, learning & development, employee benefits, management of the P&C budget and support to the Senior P&C Business Partners. We have big ambitions for this space, and we’re looking for someone with drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.
