Senior HR Business Partner
Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning the human resources strategy with business objectives. You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to HR management, with a focus on providing strategic counsel and support across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support those goals.
- Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage the implementation of key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
- Support change management efforts and contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture.
- Work with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company’s goals and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
