About the company:
Out Federal Government Client is seeking a skilled EL1 Service Guidance and Practice.  This role is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the Service Guidance and Practice functions of the agency.

This is a 12 Month Labour hire position based out of the Newcastle or Geelong Office.

About the role:

  • Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance to support service delivery.
  • Providing strategic advice about the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
  • Providing support to drive business improvement in access and planning processes including expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Raising awareness of critical issues to senior management through regular management reporting to senior management.
  • Providing effective leadership to a small team of staff delivering Agency Guidelines, letters and knowledge articles.  
  • Prioritising completing priorities and provide advice to the Agency’s executive team about overall team capacity, scope of work and progress against key deliverables.
  • Providing considered advice to multi-disciplinary teams and the Agency’s executive, Board, Minister and other Australian Government Departments in a timely manner 

Additional Skills

  •  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  •  Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making.
  •  Project Management: Proficiency in project management to ensure timely and efficient completion of key deliverables.
  •  Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  •  Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP CRM and PACE business systems, as well as other relevant technical tools and platforms.
  •  Policy and Procedure Development: Experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • $602.55 per day + super
