We are seeking a highly motivated Safety Professional to join us as a Safety Partner for our Iconic XXXX Brewery in Milton, Brisbane on a Permanent Full-Time basis! This is a 5-day onsite position. 

Reporting to our AU Safety Leader, you will partner with the XXXX team to ensure we keep everyone safe every day!

A day in life...

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop strategies to promote a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with XXXX teams to identify and address safety concerns, conduct safety training, and promote best practices.
• Actively engage with various teams to gather and share safety knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach and influence our teams on Lion’s safety management systems.
• Join our leadership meetings to provide safety information and stay up to date on business updates.
• Enable effective contractor management and inductions through upskilling our leaders on the Pegasus system (we will train you on Pegasus)
• Be our onsite SME to partner with our teams on machine safety, permit systems and LOTO

About You:

Bring your safety background in any industry, as well as –

• At ease engaging with team members and leaders at all levels and building positive relationships
• Enjoy being hands-on and onsite at the brewery.
• Experience within an operational environment is preferred, but not essential.
• Interested in the technical elements of manufacturing and machine safety.
