The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture, this role works across the People & Culture and Workforce Planning teams to support the business with scheduling and workforce planning activities and processes, including development and adjustment of schedules, pay and timesheet approvals, compliance reconciliations and reporting. In addition to this, you will be a trusted resource for a range of people processes, including recruitment & selection activities and reward & recognition initiatives. You will also have opportunity to collaborate on and drive a range of ‘value add’ initiatives, activities, and projects in the People & Culture space.

About you
You’re a detail-oriented and solutions focused professional, looking to grow and develop your skills. Your working knowledge of Australian employment and HR best practice, data analysis skills and strong technical literacy, combined with the ability to communicate and build relationships with different stakeholders will see you succeed in this role. Your experience will contain a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a similar role, with exposure to working within a high volume rostering/planning environment and supporting human resources activities. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline will be well regarded as will strong technical/systems based skills and proficiency.
