An exciting role has become available in our Sydney office for a Human Resources Advisor to join the team on full time or part-time (4 day) basis.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Recruitment

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to end
  • Work closely with the Head of People and Culture to strategically recruit
  • Assist in workplace planning and resourcing maps
  • Manage and conduct onboarding

Performance Management/Training and Development:

  • Assist with the roll out of the internal appraisals
  • Create reports on appraisal outcomes
  • Manage internal training (eg.develop external training content with providers)
  • Record training for Lawyers

Design

  • Collect data, report and analyse HR metrics to determine trends and measure HR and People performance, specifically: employee turnover, employee onboarding/exit data
  • Assist in the design work for HR Brochures and other HR collateral

Key Skills and Experience

  • Educated to degree level, or currently enrolled in a degree
  • Experience of working in a HR capacity, 1-2 years of experience recommended
  • Experience working with HR platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
