About The Role:

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships and delivering impactful HR initiatives? Join our People and Wellbeing team as a People Partner, where you'll act as a key conduit between business leaders and the broader People and Wellbeing division. Your mission will be to operationalise our strategy and ensure the successful delivery of core people initiatives that drive engagement, productivity, and the achievement of both operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders to identify HR-related needs and develop tailored People Plans.
- Collaborate with leaders to implement people-focused solutions, including employee engagement, development, and workforce planning.
- Provide expert advice across HR areas such as compensation, employee relations, wellbeing, and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement activities, improve workplace culture, and support retention initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of divisional People Plans to meet organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with the broader People and Wellbeing division to deliver initiatives that support business goals.
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety policies.
- Act as a coach and mentor to leaders and team members, enhancing leadership capability across the organisation.

- Safety: Prioritise safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies and promoting a zero-harm workplace.
- Customer Connection: Put customers at the heart of your work, ensuring your advice and initiatives meet their evolving needs.
- People Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and performance, supporting leaders to develop their teams.
- Operational Excellence: Drive business success by partnering with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Financial Sustainability: Support budgetary processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to influence leaders and work effectively at all levels.
- Experience providing HR advice in a generalist People and Culture or HR Business Partner role.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- In-depth understanding of employment law, awards, and agreements.
- A background in managing change and transformation within organisations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, or a related field.
