Workers only have until midnight tonight to nominate for the Australian Human Resources Awards, rewarding outstanding efforts in a range of categories.

The prestigious event is tied in with the touring HR Summit seminars, awards are to be bestowed on their worthy recipients at a ceremony on September 6 in Sydney.

The consideration process is no joke; organisers will run a thorough investigation and interviewing process for nominees, determining their worthiness, before combining all information and presenting it to a board of judges for deliberation. Following all this, the short-listed nominees will answer a round of direct questions to further prove themselves, before the panel of judges finally decide on a winner.

Anyone can nominate or be nominated up until the deadline tonight, a full run-down of the categories and eligibility are available here.
