Based in Katherine (only 3 hours’ drive from Darwin), Sunrise Health Service services 9 remote communities to the east of Katherine. We serve a population base predominantly Aboriginal, of approximately 3,800 people - many with chronic illnesses requiring early detection and amelioration.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Manager of Corporate Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day corporate operations of the business. This multifaceted position requires a strategic thinker with a lead finance background and strong leadership skills, a keen business acumen, and the ability to drive performance and results. The role will collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and be part of the executive leadership team to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the organisation. Areas of responsibility will stretch across the following functions and employees within the streams of Finance, ICT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Corporate Projects, and our growing business service areas.

This position will assist in advancing the continuous improvement of the business and will play a key role in collaborating with other executive leaders in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing organisational strategy, and ensuring the corporate service functions support exceptional service delivery. 

Do you have;

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a diverse group of business support functions as either a Corporate Services Manager, COO of a small business, an operations or Business Manager.
  • Comprehensive experience leading a broad skilled team to deliver frontline support and services to internal and external clients, supporting their growth, performance, and success.
  • A customer centric mindset with the customer experience at the forefront of processes, systems of work and delivery support.
  • A strategic mindset with a strong commercial and business acumen, consistently identifying ways to reduce operating expenses, improving efficiency, and quality of services provided by the team.
