About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager SEQ People you will partner with and provide professional advice and support to key enabling teams throughout our business centre. You will lead the development of enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at continuously improving Queensland Rails performance & development.

About you

We are seeking a team member who will bring energy, new ideas and a genuine partnership approach to this role.

  • Previous experience within a senior level HR Business Partner position
  • Ability to support and/or lead the delivery of key people strategies and programs to uplift performance and enable the achievement of key business priorities
  • Work in an agile and flexible manner by leading and driving positive outcomes within a matrix team environment
  • Develop, lead and implement business readiness plans, change management and transformation activities
  • Strong Employee/Industrial Relations background/knowledge in legislation, frameworks and processes and their practical application
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
