Senior Consultant- Talent Acquisition

  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team at the RBA is an integral part of the strategic HR team. As a Senior Recruiter, your role will be to manage the hiring needs of stakeholder groups by providing end to end recruitment advice and services. This role will work closely with the business and HR Business Partners to understand the internal and external talent agenda, providing and executing on strategies to achieve these objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will have had proven experience in end to end recruitment with some exposure to IT. You are able to provide strategies on attracting and proactively sourcing candidates (including campaign recruitment). You will be comfortable working with all levels of management, passionate about diversity, finding the best talent and believe in delivering the best candidate experience.
