Our Event Managers are responsible for the seamless planning and delivery of events across our venues (including AAMI Park, Hisense Arena, Rod Laver Arena, and Margaret Court Arena), with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.
The Event Manager works within a dynamic environment delivering operational excellence. Responsibilities include event planning, risk management, customer satisfaction, safety and security, venue presentation, post event reporting and leadership of our event delivery workforce at events.
In this role, you will be building relationships with some of Australia’s elite sporting organisations such as Melbourne Victory, Melbourne United, Gymnastics Australia, Cycling Victoria, and some of the top music, comedy and family entertainment promoters in the country. You will use data, analysis and feedback to gain a deep understanding of our clients and guests to continuously improve the service delivered by us and our business partners.

- Proven operational experience leading teams in a service related industry (we are interested in hearing from people with experience in the Venue and Event Industry as well as Tourism, Hospitality, Gaming and Retail).
