This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner or Senior Learning and Development Advisor who is looking to make a significant impact and take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll be:

  • Overseeing the implementation and continuous upkeep of the organisation's Capability Development Framework to identify and address both current and future skills development priorities.
  • Ensuring all learning and development activities are planned, designed, delivered and reviewed in line with the Learning & Development Framework.
  • Supporting talent management initiatives by creating transparent career development pathways to build future talent pipelines, and providing coaching, mentoring, and other developmental opportunities to nurture existing talent within the organisation.
  • Conducting learning needs analysis across the organisation to identify skill gaps and learning priorities, utilising feedback mechanisms, performance data, and employee surveys to inform and shape learning and development strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards by developing and delivering training programs to meet safety, environmental regulations, and other relevant policies.

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or business partnering role in Learning & Development
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Proven experience in the implementation of learning management frameworks, evaluation of learning and development requirements
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
