What you'll be doing

To manage and lead a team to produce a suite of standard reports on an ongoing basis, as well as producing ad hoc reporting as required. Another critical aspect of the role will be to work with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to HealthShare, to scope and design improved and new reports to facilitate better understanding and decision making within the business lines. The role will also serve as the key point of contact for managing and responding to customer enquiries about performance information.

You will be asked to complete psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.

  1. Extensive experience in data analytics and development of performance reporting frameworks in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes strong knowledge and practical experience in working data capture, extraction, analysis and preparation of reports to assist in business planning, forecasting and process improvements and understanding of management accounting
  2. Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of complex data, trend analysis and knowledge of management accounting including identification of relevant data, repositories, extraction and interpretation.
  3. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  4. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  5. Demonstrated working experience of Microsoft Word and Excel / Access and an understanding of Business Intelligence tools.
  6. Demonstrated experience leading and developing capability of a team, and coaching and advising managers, whilst always fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture.
  7. Proven capacity to develop, implement and promote performance reporting initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, continuous improvement and project manage.
