People Safety and Culture Associate


The purpose of the People, Safety and Culture (PSC) Associate role is to provide advice and support on all people related matters. Working alongside our PSC Partners, this role will provide an excellent hands-on opportunity to make a difference and gain immediate exposure to all workplace relations and people matters.

The PSC Associate will apply specialist knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks to support business objectives, drive culture, build capability and engagement.

The role also contributes to talent management, organisational development and people systems including reporting and analytics.

Skills & attributes for success in this role

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Industrial Relations or HR Management, and/or equivalent competence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Award System, industrial/ workplace relations instruments and Agreements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, exceptional customer service, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Employment opportunity: Full Time Ongoing
Salary: $83,518 to $91,435 p.a.
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
