My client is looking for a highly experienced HR Business Partner to work within their strategy and performance team; working with portfolio-based business partners on creating a collaborative programme to satisfy key business areas.

Duties:

  • Using your excellent relationship skills to collaborate with business leaders and the HR key areas to identify, design and unlock levers
  • Utilising your previous experience of designing and implementing strategic initiatives and programmes which highlight your industry leadership abilities to reshape and reskill all areas of staff
  • Use your previous workforce agility experience to enable the future workforce for schedule ready assets
  • Partnering with industry, education and government to build new approaches to learning
  • Help create and nurture an integrated, inclusive and innovative culture
  • Shape an engaged and resilient workforce through a focus on engagement, leadership,
  • effective mindsets and partnership

Essential Skills

  • at least 11 years of experience working as a HR Business Business partner
  • Demonstrated background with cross business strategy capability, complemented by a foundation in HR technical expertise.
  • Leadership role with design and deployment of major strategic initiatives across the business.
  • Experience with blending large-scale organisational change, senior stakeholder relationship build and sustainability around core operational challenges e.g. productivity step change etc.
  • Background in strategic work, organisational effectiveness, and large-scale transformational work
