The Position

We are seeking to appoint a Learning and Development Associate Consultant to be a member of the Collaboration & Global stream within CSIRO Learning & Development. In this role, you will support and lead agile, technology-enabled programs and initiatives that build collaboration skills and awareness at an individual, team and organisation level.

You will be responsible for working with internal customers and external partners, to collaboratively design, develop, deliver and evaluate technology-enabled learning programs and resources. Your experience in program moderation and coordination will be key to your success in this role, as well as your ability to work creatively in a fast paced, complex and ambiguous environment.

Location: Clayton, VIC preferred. Dutton Park, QLD considered.
Salary: $80k - $91k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Specified term of 12 months

To be successful you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as Learning & Development, or equivalent Learning & Development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, facilitation, deployment and evaluation of learning experiences (blended, virtual and face-to-face) for a range of professional audiences.
• To be comfortable using various technologies to deploy scalable and effective learning solutions, and be proficient with a range of software packages including webinars, online collaboration and social learning platforms.
• A history of collaboratively achieving work objectives, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with competing stakeholder demands and audience requirements.
• Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required.
