Project Description

We have an opportunity for the right person to contribute to the development of CSIRO's Leadership Learning Labs.  CSIRO is taking a new approach to leadership development, making it more accessible for all our people.  We are creating a learning environment that has more options for our people to learn including virtual classrooms, self-directed learning, learning in the flow of work and social learning.  This new approach means we have a significant change process as an organisation and a lot of work to do to align our learning design and delivery to this new way of learning in CSIRO.

The project will be focused on helping to bring this new vision of learning to life in our leadership learning team.  This will include the use of technology, new methods of learning design and delivery and the development of engagement campaign to raise awareness of the new approach and learning offerings  available to our people. In addition there will be a strong focus on the measurement of our success, impact and ROI of our learning solutions.  This will include the design of in depth evaluation tools and data analytics to measure changes in our leaders behaviour and the impact of this on our broader organisation.

Duties will include:

  • supporting the Leadership Learning Lead with curriculum design
  • contribute to development and testing of learning solutions and technologies and proposing suitable changes and improvements
